Overpass

Sometimes I observe this overpass overlooking the roads that connect Luzon Ave and Congressional when I’m stuck in traffic. The posters and banners on its railings reveal the passage of time in my hometown— the overcrowding campaign posters from the previous elections to the huge religious banners produced by the same political parties they put into office.
